目的为预防控制甲型肝炎,推荐一种疫苗效价比高、安全、高效的疫苗。方法使用1036支“孩尔来福”甲肝灭活疫苗对518名易感儿童进行0,6程序接种,对其免疫接种反应、免疫效果等进行观察。结果全程接种两针“孩尔来福”甲肝灭活疫苗后,仅有个别人出现轻微的一过性全身反应或局部反应,抗体阳转率为97.1%,经卡方检验,第一针与第二针、男性与女性之间的发烧反应、局部反应、男女之间的抗体阳转率差异均无统计学意义。结论“孩尔来福”甲肝灭活疫苗在人群中接种具有良好的安全性和免疫原性,且疫苗效价比高。
The purpose of prevention and control of hepatitis A, recommended a vaccine cost-effective, safe and efficient vaccine. Methods One hundred and eighteen susceptible children were inoculated with 1036 hepatitis B virus (HIV-1) hepatitis B virus inactivated vaccine. The immunization response and immune effect were observed. Results After inoculation of two doses of “Erlianfu” hepatitis A inactivated vaccine, only a slight transient systemic reaction or local reaction occurred. The antibody positive rate was 97.1%. After chi square test, the first Fever and the second needle, fever reaction between men and women, local reactions, male and female antibody positive rate difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion “Child Elsevier” hepatitis A inactivated vaccine inoculated in the population has good safety and immunogenicity, and the vaccine is cost-effective.
