档案管理过程中常涉及侵犯隐私权,目前档案开放管理中存在隐私权保护不当,对档案隐私权及其查阅权限无统一的标准,档案管理人员工作方式不当也易泄漏隐私,档案管理中隐私权的法律保护有待完善等问题。本文就档案管理的现状进行分析讨论,拟构建合理的档案管理法律保护体系。
