在教学工作中,“教师主导与学生主体相结合原则”要求教师在整个教学过程中,既要发挥自己的主导作用,又要体现学生的主体地位,使二者密切结合,共同完成教学任务。贯彻这一原则,要求教师恰当而科学地组织教学过程,循循善诱,调动学生学习的主动性、积极性,培养学生的自学能力,掌握获取知识的科学方法。
In the teaching work, “the principle of the combination of teacher’s dominance and student’s subject” requires that teachers not only play their leading role in the whole teaching process, but also reflect the dominant position of the students so as to make the two closely combine to complete the teaching task. Carrying out this principle requires teachers to properly and scientifically organize the teaching process, follow the example of inducing others, mobilize the initiative and enthusiasm of students, cultivate students’ self-learning skills, and acquire scientific methods of acquiring knowledge.
