采用水热法合成了标题配位超分子聚合物{[Cu2(dhbd)2.2H2O].4H2O}n(其中H4dhbd=2,3-二羟基丁二酸),通过元素分析、X-射线单晶衍射、红外光谱等技术对其进行了表征。配合物属单斜晶系,空间群P21;晶胞参数:a=0.8 373(5)nm,b=0.8 768(5)nm,c=1.2 139(7)nm;α=90°,β=104.516(10)°,γ=90°;z=4,Dc=2.045 mg.m-3,μ=2.561 mm-1,F(000)=540;最终偏离因子R=0.0 227,ωR=0.636。配合物的基本构建基元包含2个铜(Ⅱ)离子,2个2,3-二羟基丁二酸根,2个配位H2O分子和4个晶格H2O分子。配合物中,2,3-二羟基丁二酸根与Cu(Ⅱ)配位,沿着21轴方向形成一维螺旋链,进而又通过桥联作用扩展为具有(3.72)(3.73.82)拓扑结构的二维层,毗邻的二维层籍(O…H?O)氢键相互作用进一步拓展为三维超分子结构。
The title coordination supramolecular polymer {[Cu2 (dhbd) 2.2H2O] .4H2O} n (H4dhbd = 2,3-dihydroxybutanedioic acid) was synthesized by hydrothermal method. Diffraction, infrared spectroscopy and other techniques to characterize them. The complex belongs to the monoclinic space group P21. The unit cell parameters are a = 0.8373 (5) nm, b = 0.8 768 (5) nm and c = 1.2139 104.516 (10) °, γ = 90 °; z = 4, Dc = 2.045 mg.m-3, μ = 2.561 mm-1, F (000) = 540; final deviation factor R = 0.0227, ωR = 0.636. The basic building blocks of the complex include two copper (II) ions, two 2,3-dihydroxysuccinates, two coordinated H2O molecules and four lattice H2O molecules. In the complex, 2,3-dihydroxysuccinate is coordinated with Cu (Ⅱ) to form a one-dimensional helical chain in the direction of 21-axis and further to a (3.72) (3.73.82) topology through bridging Structural two-dimensional layer, adjacent two-dimensional layer membership (O ... H? O) hydrogen bond interactions further expanded into three-dimensional supramolecular structure.
