Learning and publicizing the spirit of the 14th National Congress is the top priority for us now and in the future. In order to do well in the preaching work for middle school students, the Hefei City Board of Education held the 14 major documents preaching backbone training classes on December 11 and December 12, 1992. Participants in the training include: Director of the Political and Teaching (or Educational Affairs) Division of the municipal school, all political teachers, secondary schools of the four districts and one town, factory-run middle schools, and political and teaching leaders of colleges and universities.
