在各大医院加紧扩张的步伐中,战略规划的重要性凸显了出来。毫无疑问,在医疗行业竞争日益激烈的今天,这些顶级医院都有着求变、求发展的强烈愿望,但他们会发现,有很多自己无法把握和控制的因素在干扰着他们未来的战略蓝图,在医疗体制改革的政策并不十分明朗的时刻,任何战略上的规划,都必须因应着政策上的变动,这或许是他们的战略并不清晰的一个主要原因。但问题在于,战略上的考察本身就应该包含着对政策环境的因素的充分考量,只有如此,这样的战略才是坚实的。
As the major hospitals have stepped up their expansion, the importance of strategic planning has been highlighted. There is no doubt that in today’s increasingly fierce competition in the medical industry, these top hospitals have a strong desire to seek change and development, but they will find that there are many factors that they cannot grasp and control are interfering with their future strategic blueprint. At a time when the policy of the medical system reform is not very clear, any strategic planning must reflect changes in policy. This may be one of the main reasons why their strategy is not clear. But the problem is that the strategic investigation itself should include full consideration of the factors of the policy environment. Only in this way can such a strategy be solid.
