目的 研究干燥脱水法保存角膜及角巩膜植片的组织活性。方法 应用无水氯化钙-硅胶干燥脱水法保存角膜及角巩膜植片,根据现有保存资料统计共1287例,保存时间半年至 15年,对不同保存时间的植片进行了组织结构,细胞活性和超微结构的研究。结果 干燥保存角膜片5,10,15年的组织切片报告其胶原纤维束清晰可见,各层纤维排列呈一定角度,成纤维细胞减少,细胞器存在,内皮细胞的核存在。保存后植片合格率分别为:半年98.8%,1年98.4%,5年98.9%,10年93.3%,15年96.7%。保存合格植片临床应用,术后植片透明率平均94.9%。结论 无水氯化钙-硅胶干燥脱水法长期保存的角膜及角巩膜植片,具有一定的组织活性,临床应用效果好,操作简便,费用低廉,值得推广。
Objective To study the tissue activity of cornea and scleral cornea preserved by dehydration. Methods The cornea and scleral cornea were preserved by anhydrous calcium chloride-silica gel dehydration method. According to the available data, a total of 1287 cases were preserved, and the storage time was six to 15 years. Activity and ultrastructure of the study. Results The corneal slices were preserved for 5, 10 and 15 years. The collagen bundles were clearly observed. The fibers in each layer were arranged at a certain angle, the number of fibroblasts decreased, the organelles existed and the nucleus of endothelial cells existed. After storage, the pass rates of the implants were 98.8% for half a year, 98.4% for 1 year, 98.9% for 5 years, 93.3% for 10 years, and 96.7% for 15 years. The clinical application of preserved implants, postoperative transparency of the average rate of 94.9%. Conclusion The anhydrous corneal and scleral implants preserved by anhydrous calcium chloride-silica gel dehydration method have certain tissue activity, good clinical application effect, simple and convenient operation, low cost and worthy of popularization.
