:通过用 2 0 %浓度纯中药消包液体外浸泡小鼠细粒棘球蚴囊肿观察药效 ,结果表明消包液具有直接损坏包虫囊壁的作用 ,综合 2 6只小鼠的三次实验剖检观察 ,发现 14只对照鼠的无囊肿率为 2 8.6 % ,有囊肿率为 71.4% ,而 12只浸泡鼠的无囊肿率为 75 .0 % ,有囊肿率为 2 5 .0 % ;未浸泡对照鼠、Na Cl浸泡鼠和消包液浸泡鼠的包虫囊液 p H值和生化检测数据有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1) ,可能与包虫囊壁渗透性受损有关。
