目的 总结冷冻切片诊断卵巢肿瘤的价值。方法 应用冷冻切片作 HE染色及印片作瑞士特殊染色 ,对 6 4例卵巢肿瘤冷冻切片诊断结果与最后石蜡切片诊断结果进行观察对照。结果 冷冻切片诊断卵巢肿瘤的确诊率 95 .31% ,未能确诊率 4.6 9% ,误诊率 0。对良性、交界性、恶性肿瘤的确诊率分别为 94.6 %、 85 .71%、 10 0 % ,交界性肿瘤的确诊率明显低于良性和恶性肿瘤 ,对恶性肿瘤的预测值为 10 0 %。结论 冷冻切片是手术中确定卵巢肿瘤性质和手术方案的有效方法。印片与冷冻切片结合 ,加强临床与病理联系 ,提高病理技术 ,有助于提高术中诊断卵巢肿块的准确性 ,杜绝误诊率。
Objective To summarize the value of frozen section in the diagnosis of ovarian tumors. Methods Frozen sections were stained with HE and printed with Swiss special stain. The diagnostic results of frozen sections of 64 ovarian tumors were compared with those of the final paraffin sections. Results The diagnosis rate of ovarian cancer by frozen section was 95.31%, the missed diagnosis rate was 4.6% and the misdiagnosis rate was 0. The diagnostic rates of benign, borderline and malignant tumors were 94.6%, 85.71% and 100% respectively. The diagnosis rate of borderline tumors was significantly lower than that of benign and malignant tumors, and the predictive value of malignancy was 100%. Conclusion Cryosection is an effective method to determine the nature of the ovarian tumor and the surgical plan during operation. Printing and frozen sections combined to strengthen the clinical and pathological connections and improve the pathology, help to improve the accuracy of intraoperative diagnosis of ovarian tumors, to eliminate the misdiagnosis rate.
