经济全球化和信息化的迅猛发展要求我国加速税务稽查现代化进程。本文以现代化理论为坐标视角,在梳理相关文献的基础上,界定税务稽查现代化的概念、分析其内涵,并以此为基础提出衡量税务稽查现代化的指标体系,进而从树立现代税务稽查理念、健全现代税务稽查体制、完善现代税务稽查法规、打造现代稽查队伍和提高税务稽查信息化水平等几个方面促进我国税务稽查现代化建设进程。
The rapid development of economic globalization and informatization requires that our country accelerate the process of tax inspection modernization. On the basis of combing the relevant documents, this paper defines the concept of tax inspection modernization and analyzes its connotation. Based on this, it puts forward an index system to measure the modernization of tax inspection. From the point of establishing modern tax inspection concept, Modern tax inspection system, improve the modern tax inspection laws and regulations, create a modern inspection team and improve the level of tax audit information several aspects to promote China’s tax inspection modernization process.
