以河南省医疗保障的实施实证为研究对象,采用文献分析法、历史分析法、问卷调查法、访谈法等研究方法,研究发现原有的二元体制限制了我国医疗保障的健康发展,阻碍社会公平化进程的发展。因此,要加快实施一元化医疗保障模式,加快建立规章制度和监督机制,加大医疗保障费用和人员投入,使广大群众能够获得更大的受益权限。
Taking the empirical evidence of implementation of medical insurance in Henan Province as the research object, this paper uses the methods of literature analysis, historical analysis, questionnaire and interview to find out that the original binary system limits the healthy development of medical insurance in our country and hinder the society The development of the process of fairness. Therefore, it is necessary to speed up the implementation of a unified model of medical security, speed up the establishment of rules and regulations and supervisory mechanisms, and increase the cost of medical care and personnel inputs so that the general public can gain greater benefits.
