目的:建立淫羊藿的HPLC指纹图谱,并分析不同产地、部位的品质差异性。方法:Kromasil C18柱(250mm×250mm×4.6mm,5μm),检测波长为270nm;流速为1mL/min;柱温为室温;乙腈和1%醋酸为流动相,进行梯度洗脱;测定湖北、东北、吉林不同产地茎、叶指纹图谱,比较其差异性。结果:淫羊藿药材指纹图谱共检出23个峰,峰面积之和大于总峰面积的90%,其精密度、稳定性、重复性均符合《中药注射剂指纹图谱研究的技术要求(暂行)》中的有关规定。结论:本方法可科学、合理地评判淫羊藿药材品质的差异,对于淫羊藿道地药材研究具有一定的意义。
Objective: To establish the HPLC fingerprinting of Epimedium, and to analyze the quality differences of different producing areas and parts. METHODS: Kromasil C18 column (250 mm × 250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The detection wavelength was 270 nm. The flow rate was 1 mL / min. The column temperature was room temperature. Acetonitrile and 1% acetic acid were used as the mobile phases. , Jilin different areas stems and leaves fingerprints, compare their differences. Results: The fingerprints of Epimedium rubrum were detected in 23 peaks and the sum of peak area was more than 90% of the total peak area. The precision, stability and repeatability of these fingerprints were in line with the technical requirements of the fingerprint study of Chinese injection (Interim) "In the relevant provisions. Conclusion: This method can scientifically and reasonably judge the difference of the quality of the epimedium herb, which is of certain significance for the study of the epimedium herb.
