根据中国包装技术协会和中国包装总公司1991年工作布署,中国包协行业工作部、情报资料委员会、中国包装科学技术研究所将于1991年8～9月组织“全国包装废弃物回收、利用及环境学术讨论会”。讨论会的主要内容:1.介绍国内外包装废弃物回收、利用的现状,讨论包装废弃物对环境污染生态平衡的破坏和对社会带来危害的情况、存在问题。2.研究国内外解决包装废弃物问题
