以贵州省黔东南苗族侗族自治州为例,分析二元结构的成因及影响,认为教育、交通等已应当不再是制约黔东南发展的主要因素;通过中心—外围模型、增长极理论分析,认为要缓解二元性结构问题、加快城镇化建设并消减人口流失,需要发展诸如旅游业等优势产业。而黔东南州旅游业存在着诸多问题,如能解决政企不分、实现企业型管理,其他问题都可迎刃而解,旅游业将获得快速发展,并将对黔东南州的发展和弥合二元结构问题大有裨益。
Taking the Miao and Dong Autonomous Prefecture in Guizhou Province as an example, this paper analyzes the causes and effects of the dual structure. It believes that education and transportation should no longer be the main factors restricting the development of Qiandongnan. By means of the center-periphery model and growth pole theory, To ease the structural issue of duality, speed up urbanization and reduce population loss, we need to develop advantageous industries such as tourism. In Qiandongnan Prefecture, there are many problems in the tourism industry. If we can solve the problem of separation of government from enterprises and management of enterprises, all other problems can be solved easily. The tourism industry will develop rapidly. It will also promote the development of Qiandongnan Prefecture and bridge the dual structure The problem is very good.
