预制箱梁施工前,施工场地及施工技术的选择对箱梁预制施工质量、施工进度、施工成本都有很大的影响。很多项目在箱梁施工前,由于施工场地选择不当或施工技术选择不当,导致箱梁施工的质量、工期、成本超出可控范围。如何合理地选择施工场地及施工技术是箱梁预制施工前的重点工作。通过对鹤大高速公路ZT01标段施工前施工场地选择方案的比较及ZT01标段预制梁场预制箱梁两种台座建设方案的比较,分析施工场地选择及台座建设施工技术对施工进度及施工成本方面的影响,为后续类似工程提供一定的借鉴。
Before the construction of prefabricated box girder, the choice of construction site and construction technology has a great impact on the quality of prefabricated box girder construction, construction progress and construction cost. Many projects in the box girder construction, due to improper choice of construction site or construction technology improper choice, resulting in box girder construction quality, duration and cost beyond the controllable range. How to select the construction site rationally and the construction technology are the key tasks before the prefabrication of box girder. Through the comparison of the construction site selection scheme before construction of ZT01 section of Crane Highway and the comparison of the construction schemes of two kinds of prefabricated box girders in ZT01 section, the construction site selection and construction technology of platform construction are analyzed in terms of construction schedule and construction cost The impact of similar projects for the follow-up to provide some reference.
