本文对307例冠状动脉造影患者的血清载脂蛋白A I、B及脂质(TC、HDL—C、TG)水平进行了分析。造影分冠状动脉病变组与冠状动脉正常组,所测指标在两组间均有非常显著差别(P<0.01—0.001)。ApoA I/Apo B比值判别冠状动脉存在有临床意义病变的敏感性及特异性优于其它所测指标。
In this paper, serum apolipoprotein A I, B and lipid (TC, HDL-C, TG) levels in 307 patients with coronary angiography were analyzed. Angiography coronary artery lesion group and normal coronary artery group, the measured index between the two groups have a very significant difference (P <0.01-0.001). The sensitivity and specificity of ApoA I / Apo B ratios to discriminate coronary lesions from clinically significant lesions outweigh the other measures.
