本文通过运动解剖学和体操教学的密切关系去揭示体操课教学中分析动作的一般规律,运用演绎法让读者理解(掌握)原动肌、主动肌和副动肌在完成体操动作时的情形,作者提出主动肌和副动肌在某一特定情况下有互变可能性的见解,并加以举例说明。这一理论为器械体操教学与理论讲授增加了新的内容。另外,本文结合体操动作的特点扼要地阐明向心收缩与离心收缩、静止姿势与用力动作的表现形式和两者关系。
Through the close relationship between sports anatomy and gymnastics teaching, this article reveals the general rules of analysis in gymnastic teaching, uses the deduction method to let the reader understand (master) the situation when the motor activator, The authors present the opinion that the active and the parasympty muscle have the potential for mutual change in a given situation and give an example. This theory adds new content to instructor gymnastics teaching and theory teaching. In addition, this article combines the characteristics of gymnastics movements to briefly explain the centripetal contractions and eccentric contraction, stationary posture and forced movements of the expression and the relationship between the two.
