今年以来,我国石油石化行业经济运行总体态势良好,基本实现了由金融危机后的大落大起转向平稳较快增长的局面。前三季度,主要产品产量持续快速增长;市场供需基本稳定,产品价格涨幅稳中趋缓;进出口贸易取得重大进展;行业投资平稳增长。但是,经济运行中的结构性矛盾仍比较突出;原材料价格上涨、行业成本上升的压力继续加大;世界经济复苏中的不确定因素增多,国际贸易中新保护主义盛行,行业出口面临更加严峻复杂的形势。
