以在山东东营地区近九年的观测和研究为依据，简要论述了滨海盐渍土的形成、工程力学特性及其对工程的影响，并对此类地区的工程设计和施工提出了合理建议。
Based on the observations and studies in Dongying area of Shandong Province in the past nine years, the formation, mechanical properties of the coastal saline soil and its impact on the project were briefly discussed, and reasonable suggestions for the engineering design and construction of such areas were proposed.
