观察70例糖尿病患者血及尿β2-mG,并研究其与糖尿病肾病变的关系。糖尿病患者的血β_2-mG 浓度均高于正常对照组,其异常发生率高于血 Ccr、Cr、BUN,且和三者有较好的相关性。在反映肾小球滤过功能方面较蛋白尿敏感,恒定。尿β2-mG 浓度在有蛋白尿及尿潴留的糖尿病人明显高于正常对照组,在反映肾小管功能方面较其他常用方法简便。糖尿病肾病变时测定血、尿β_2-mG 值得推荐。
The blood and urinary β2-mG levels were observed in 70 patients with diabetes mellitus and their relationship with diabetic nephropathy.
