21世纪是信息化的世纪,信息技术在本世纪得到了快速的发展和进步,对档案资料实行信息化管理已经成为衡量一个国家社会发展程度的重要标准。对档案进行信息的管理为档案管理的现代化提出了更高的要求。也就意味着信息化技术是实现档案资料管理信息化的关键基础,档案资料的信息化管理与传统的管理方式相比,优势相当的明显,笔者在本文中进行了深入的分析。
The 21st century is the century of informationization. Information technology has been rapidly developed and advanced in this century. The informatization management of archival materials has become an important standard for measuring the degree of social development in a country. The management of archives information has put forward higher requirements for the modernization of archives management. It means that information technology is the key to realize the information management of archives data. Compared with the traditional management methods, the information management of archival materials has quite obvious advantages. The author has conducted in-depth analysis in this paper.
