为筛选葛根黄豆甙元系列衍生物是否具有抗醉酒作用的药效,本实验采用40%乙醇所致动物中枢抑制的方法进行研究,结果显示 Daidzein Ⅰ号药样品(简称 DZⅠ)具有明显的抗醉酒作用。同时,DZⅠ大鼠的血中乙醇浓度的降低更有力地证明了这一结论。
