白城市洮北区探索建立五种培训综合档案,进一步增强干部教育培训工作的灵活性、针对性和实效性,提高干部教育培训质量。一是建立领导干部培训个人档案。按照干部管理权限,建立领导干部参加教育培训的个人档案。个人档案如实记载乡(局)级领导干部和后备干部参加教育培训类别、培训机构、培训时间、培训内容、培训考评结果、考勤状态和干部在线学习、理论学习考试及学历教育等情况。通过建立培训档案进一步规范和完善干部教育培训工作,及时掌握和了解干部教育培训情况。
