2010年4月3日,山东海能生物公司“畜禽用纳米微乳复合维生素制剂研究与应用”项目通过专家鉴定,该项目突破了传统维生素添加剂生产工艺,以分子自组装体系为技术核心,以拟三元相图为理论基础,研发了纳米微乳低能耗制备技术,合成了平均粒径约20nm维生素微乳,避免了常规液体维生素制剂生产工艺的研磨、均质等高能耗环节,并创新应用太阳能加热工艺,大幅度降低了生产成本,符合国家节能降耗,低碳经济的政策导向,是维生素制剂技术的重大创新。
