患者男性,50岁,临床诊断:冠心病,心肌梗塞?附图A、B、C分别为入院时、第2天和第4天所记。附图A V_1呈QS型,V_2、V_3均有小q波,但无ST-T改变,Ⅰ、Ⅱ、aVR、aVL、V_5、V_6起始部似有δ波,但P-R间期正常(0.14秒)。疑为急性前间壁心肌梗塞。但第2天(附图B)V_1-V_3的Q波皆消失,P-R延长至0.16秒,δ波亦消失。第4天记录的附图C进一步排除了心肌
Male patient, 50 years old, clinical diagnosis: coronary heart disease, myocardial infarction? Figure A, B, C were admitted to the hospital, 2 days and 4 days in mind. Figure A V_1 is QS type. V_2 and V_3 all have small q-wave, but no ST-T change. Δ, but the PR interval is normal (0.14 second). Suspected as acute anterior myocardial infarction. But the Q wave of V_1-V_3 disappeared on the second day (Fig. B), the P-R extended to 0.16 second and the δ wave disappeared. Figure C on day 4 further excludes the myocardium
