在电子专业的实训教学中,由于班级学生人数多、学生素质普遍较低,需要教师对学生进行一对一的辅导。又由于电子电器专业技能实训操作的特点等原因,需要引入“导生制”。导生制的实施,一方面,保证每位学生得到个别化的指导,实现学习目的,提高学生学习的浓厚兴趣;另一方面,导生本身在指导过程中能及时发现学习的不足,做到查缺补漏、教学相长,不断提高学生学习的主动性和积极性,为他们今后就业奠定坚实的基础。本文结合实际,从导生的选拔、导生的培养和在实训中如何实施“导生制”等进行经验总结。
