目的观察玉泉丸联合盐酸贝那普利对2型糖尿病肾病患者的保护作用及其机制。方法将80例2型糖尿病肾病患者随机分为两组。对照组予以胰岛素及口服降糖药治疗,有合并症者配合相关药物对症治疗,同时口服盐酸贝那普利片。治疗组在基础治疗同时口服玉泉丸方水煎剂。两组均治疗2个月,观察两组治疗前后尿微量白蛋白(m A1b)、尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)和白细胞介素-1(IL-1)等的变化。结果治疗组m A1b、UAER、ET、TNF-α、IL-1明显下降,NO明显升高,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论玉泉丸对DKD患者具有保护作用,其机制可能与保护内皮细胞功能、减轻炎症反应有关。
Objective To observe the protective effect of Yuquan Pill and benazepril hydrochloride on type 2 diabetic nephropathy and its mechanism. Methods Eighty patients with type 2 diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was treated with insulin and oral hypoglycemic agents, with complications associated with symptomatic treatment of drugs, while oral benazepril hydrochloride tablets. The treatment group in the same time oral Yuquan pill side decoction. Both groups were treated for 2 months. The levels of m A1b, UAER, Hb A1c, NO, ET were measured before and after treatment in both groups. , Tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-1 (IL-1) and so on. Results The levels of m A1b, UAER, ET, TNF-α and IL-1 in the treatment group were significantly decreased, while the NO level was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Yuquan Pill has a protective effect on DKD patients, and its mechanism may be related to the protection of endothelial cell function and alleviation of inflammatory reaction.
