高墩、超小曲线半径(R=180m)、高墩40m箱梁架设,用普通架桥机按照正常的施工方法,存在架桥机过孔和喂梁两方面的困难,采用吊车架梁法,受墩高和场地限制;搭设满堂支架架梁、加宽盖梁架桥机架设法,用时长,费用高;双爬杆钓鱼架梁法,安全性很难保证等诸多困难,通过技术攻关,采用增加临时支腿以及旋转、横移架桥机的办法,顺利完成过孔和喂梁的技术难题,安全、保质、快速的完成了箱梁架设。
