花魔芋块茎愈伤组织对含BA和NAA培养基的反应较好,对2.4—D与BA、NAA与KT组合反应较差。当BA/NAA>1时,有利于芽发生,BA/NAA<0.5时,有利于根形成。从MS中除去NH_4~+-N,显著促进了芽再生。
The konjac tuber callus responded well to BA and NAA-containing media and had a poor response to combinations of 2.4-D with BA, NAA and KT. When BA / NAA> 1, it is conducive to the bud, BA / NAA <0.5, is conducive to root formation. Removal of NH_4 ~ + -N from MS significantly promoted shoot regeneration.
