由于体育课大多数班级是在室外进行,体育教学就是要排除各种干扰,激发学生兴趣,从而完成教学任务。只有合理而周密地组织教学,才可能使学生在物质上、心理上做好充分准备,从而保证体育教学的正常进行,在教学过程中,教师、学生、教材三者通过复杂的相互作用,使学生成为一个动态的统一过程。在这一过程中,教师采取一定的组织教学形式来完成一定的教学任务,从而实现老师的“教”和学生的“学”的目的。然而,教无定法,任何教学方法和组织形式都是根据一定的教学内容和教学对象而变化的。
