The magazine “Shanghai Practitioner Youth New Century Hospital Cultural and Creative Contest” unveiled by the Shanghai Municipal Health Bureau, the Communist Youth League’s Shanghai Municipal Committee and the Youth Newspaper has recently come to an end. The leaders of the organizational units awarded prizes to the winners of the contest and encouraged the city’s 80,000 young medical personnel to build Shanghai as an Asian medical center and design more and better “golden ideas” for the new round of health reforms.
