目的 观察云克加地塞米松治疗类风湿性关节炎 (RA)的临床疗效。方法 对 60例RA患者采用云克2 0 0mg +地塞米松 10mg静脉点滴 5天 ,随后采用云克 (A +B) 5mg静推 15天。测定治疗前后症状体征及实验室指标进行疗效判定 ,同时观察不良反应。结果 总有效率达 83 .3 %。无明显毒副作用。结论 云克加地塞米松可用于类风湿性关节炎的治疗。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yunke plus dexamethasone in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Methods Sixty patients with RA were intravenously dripped with 200 mg of dexamethasone 10 mg intravenously for 5 days followed by 15 mg of Gentamycin (A + B) for 15 days. Determination of symptoms and signs before and after treatment and laboratory indicators to determine the efficacy, and observed adverse reactions. The total effective rate of 83.3%. No obvious side effects. Conclusions Yunke plus dexamethasone can be used in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.
