子宫穿孔为人工流产术中严重的并发症之一。现将我院10年来发生的9例子宫穿孔讨论于下。临床资料 1.病例来源:我院自1965年始至1986年6月共发生人工流产子宫穿孔病例9例,8例为住院病人,1例为门诊病人。9例均为经产妇,其中4例在哺乳期间闭经而3例误诊为早孕,其余孕周为6～8周,胎次为2～5胎。1例有剖腹产史。 2.发生率:自1965年始至1986年6月,我院
Uterine perforation is one of the serious complications of abortion. Now 9 cases of uterine perforation occurred in our hospital in 10 years to discuss the next. Clinical data 1. Case source: In our hospital from 1965 to June 1986 a total of 9 cases of induced uterine bleeding in abortion, 8 cases of hospitalized patients, 1 case of outpatients. All of the 9 cases were maternal. Among them, 4 cases were amenorrhea during lactation and 3 cases were misdiagnosed as early pregnancy.
