腹股沟斜疝是外科常见病之一,女性少见。其疝内容为卵巢囊肿者更为罕见,我院遇到一例,报道如下。患者38岁,14年前曾行右侧腹股沟斜疝修补术,两年后复发。右侧大阴唇杏大肿物逐年增大如儿头,不能还纳,时感坠痛,至使步态蹒跚,生活不便。该患孕5产4,末产于12年前,现行节育环避孕。查体:右腹股沟韧带上方可见8cm 的手术切口瘢痕,同侧皮下环欠规整,稍宽大,可纳入食指尖。右侧大阴唇皮下可见一约13×13×15cm 之肿物,光滑,坚韧,有一定移动度,与皮肤不粘连,局部张力大,不能经腹股沟管还纳。腹平软,未见肠型,未叩出移动性浊音,未听到气过水声。肿物遮盖了整个外阴部,夹在两大
