据《厂长经理日报》报道,北京市原有的汽车、机械、医院等十二家市属工业总公司日前分别重组改制为五个控股公司和四个集团公司。这是近5年来北京国有工业改组的最大动作。北京市副市长刘海燕与这九家新公司的负责人签订了重新授权经营的协议。按北京市深化工业管理体制改革的有关规定,进行规范性授权经营的市属工业公司须符合『四新』要求,即新名称、新班子、新体制、新机制。
According to the “Manager Daily” report, the 12 city-owned industrial companies, including Beijing’s original automobiles, machinery, and hospitals, were recently reorganized into five holding companies and four group companies. This is the biggest move of Beijing’s state-owned industrial restructuring in the past five years. Liu Haiyan, deputy mayor of Beijing, signed an agreement to re-authorize operations with the heads of these nine new companies. According to the relevant provisions of the reform of the deepening industrial management system in Beijing, the municipal industrial companies that carry out normatively authorized operations must meet the “four new” requirements, namely the new name, new team, new system, and new mechanism.
