目的:对不同管电压与对比剂剂量对冠状动脉CT血管成像(CCTA)质量产生的影响进行探讨。方法:选择本院行CCTA检查的68例疑似冠心病患者的临床资料。按患者意愿分为A组(23例)、B组(23例)、C组(22组),分别管电压和对比剂对3组患者者CCTA扫描,比较3组患者主冠状动脉CT值、图像质量以及辐射剂量。结果:C组右冠状动脉、回旋支以及前降支等CT值明显高于A、B组(P<0.05);3组图像质量评分与可诊断节段数量比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);C组容积CT剂量指数(CTDIvol)明显低于A、B两组(P<0.05);C组有效剂量(ED)和A、B组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对冠状动脉患者行CCTA扫描时应用C组方案,可减少辐射剂和对比剂的使用量。
Objective: To investigate the effects of different tube voltage and contrast dose on the quality of coronary CT angiography (CCTA). Methods: The clinical data of 68 suspected patients with coronary heart disease who underwent CCTA examination in our hospital were selected. The patients were divided into group A (23 cases), group B (23 cases) and group C (group 22). CCTA was performed on the three groups of patients with tube voltage and contrast agent. The CT values of the three groups were compared. Image quality and radiation dose. Results: The CT values of right coronary artery, circumflex artery and anterior descending artery in group C were significantly higher than those in group A and B (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the three groups in image quality score and the number of diagnosable segments (P <0.05). The volume CT dose index (CTDIvol) of group C was significantly lower than that of group A and B (P <0.05). The effective dose of group C was significantly higher than that of group A and B (P < 0.05). CONCLUSIONS: C-arm regimen with CCTA scan of coronary artery patients can reduce the dosage of radiotherapy and contrast agent.
