2013年5月8日下午,由浙江大学与海宁市人民政府共建的浙江大学国际影视发展研究院成立大会在浙江省人民大会堂人大厅召开,标志着浙江大学国际影视发展研究院正式落户中国(浙江)影视产业国际合作实验区海宁基地,成为基地产业国际化的“发展共同体”。浙江大学国际影视发展研究院是一个以“立足浙江、服务中国、辐射全球”为总体要求的开放性公共创新服务机构,力图打造为集影视文化产业研发、服务、成果转化、产业培育、科技孵化为一体的创新平台。浙江省委常委、宣传部长葛慧君对研究院的成立表示祝贺。她指出,浙江大学与海宁市政府共同成立共建
On the afternoon of May 8, 2013, the inaugural meeting of Zhejiang University’s International Film and Television Development Institute, jointly organized by Zhejiang University and Haining Municipal People’s Government, was held in the Great Hall of the People’s Hall of Zhejiang Province, marking the formal establishment of the International Film and Television Development Institute of Zhejiang University in China (Zhejiang) Film and Television Industry International Cooperation Experimental Zone Haining base, a base for industrial international “development community ”.
