年末岁首,各单位、各部门都要总结一年来的工作,回顾所取得的成绩,分析梳理存在的问题和差距,总结经验教训,明确努力方向,以便来年取长补短,更上一层楼。笔者认为,要使总结工作取得实效,应在“三问”上下功夫。一要“扪心自问”。应克服追功逐利思想,树立正确的政绩观。凭着良知问自身,取得的成效、成绩、成果是否掺水,存在的问题、差距、瑕疵是否被弱化或回避。尤其是对后者,要有勇气
At the end of the year, all units and departments should summarize their work for the past year, review the achievements they have made, analyze and sort out existing problems and gaps, sum up experiences and lessons and clarify their efforts in order to make progress in the coming year. The author believes that in order to make the conclusion work to be effective, we should work hard on the “three questions”.
