近日,最高人民法院审判委员会审议通过了《关于审理破坏草原资源刑事案件应用法律若干问题的解释》(以下简称《解释》)。11月22日,最高人民法院和农业部联合召开新闻发布会,介绍《解释》相关情况并回答记者的提问。在本期特别关注中,我们全景展现了新闻发布会内容,对《解释》出台的背景和主要内容进行剖析,希望为各地草原行政主管部门及草原监督管理机构依法打击破坏草原资源的违法犯罪行为提供帮助,推动草原生态治理。
Recently, the Supreme People’s Court Judicial Committee examined and adopted the “Interpretation of Several Issues Concerning the Application of Law in the Trial of Criminal Cases of Violating Grassland Resources” (hereinafter referred to as “explanation”). On November 22, the Supreme People’s Court held a press conference jointly with the Ministry of Agriculture to introduce relevant explanations and answer questions raised by reporters.
