广丰是江西经济强县,非公经济比较发达。如何加强非公有制经济党建工作,积极为县域经济发展做更大贡献,成为该县当前统战工作的重点。县委统战部从“夯实基础、加强建设、激发活力、树立典型”入手,助推非公企业党建工作再上新台阶。夯实基础,不断扩大非公企业党建工作覆盖面。搭建非公经济党建工作的平台与基础,主动将党建工作与非公经济发展紧密结合起来。以统战部、工商联组织为依托,成立县非公经济组织党工委,协调全县非公经济党组织建设。根据广丰非公企业党员流动性大的特点,通过抓好党组织覆盖和党的工作覆盖,加大党员的发展力度,做好流动党员的管理服务工作。对不具备建立党组织条件的非公企业,采取多种方式积极开展党的工作,不断增强党的影响力。党工委对全县规模以上的非公经济组织党建工作确保实现动态全覆盖;对规模以下非公经济组织通过属地单建、行业联建、挂靠组建等方式应建全建。同时按照“规范与组建同步”的工作思路,建立
