在当前少数民族文化保护工作中,某种程度上存在着“上热下冷”的现象,即政府部门和有关专家学者相当重视,但生活在这种文化环境下的当事者却往往感觉无关紧要。这种现象的出现,与人们对自身文化缺乏认识和自信有着很大关系。因此,唤起少数民族群众的“文化自觉”意识,是进一步做好少数民族文化传承工作的关键。
In the current cultural protection of ethnic minorities, there is a certain degree of “hot and cold” phenomenon, that is, government departments and relevant experts and scholars attach great importance, but those who live in this cultural environment often feel irrelevant critical. The appearance of this phenomenon has a great relationship with people’s lack of understanding and self-confidence in their own culture. Therefore, arousing the “cultural consciousness ” consciousness of ethnic minorities is the key to further carrying forward the work of cultural heritage of ethnic minorities.
