近年来,很多已经建成的水利水电工程由于其潜在的隐患对生态环境造成了一定程度的影响。因此,人们开始关注水利水电工程对于环境的影响并且开始着手于弥补其已经造成的负面影响。从中发现,环境影响评价效果是关乎水利水电工程建设的一个重要因素,本文重点论述了环境影响评价在水利水电工程中的应用。
In recent years, many water conservancy and hydropower projects that have been built have had a certain impact on the ecological environment due to their potential risks. Therefore, people began to pay attention to the environmental impact of water conservancy and hydropower projects and started to make up for its negative impact. It is found that the effect of environmental impact assessment is an important factor related to the construction of water conservancy and hydropower projects. This paper focuses on the application of environmental impact assessment in water conservancy and hydropower projects.
