汉语国际教育是近年来广泛见诸于高等教育领域的一个新兴概念,它有别于对外汉语教学。自2007年3月30日,国务院学位委员会第二十三次会议审议通过了《汉语国际教育硕士专业学位设置方案》以来,汉语国际教育取得了阶段性的成果。如今,在国内外形势的推动下,汉语国际教育进入了新的发展阶段——从单纯的汉语教学向全面的中华文化交流转化。本文试图梳理汉语国际教育的内涵和阶段性成果,从理论和外部特征对其进入发展新阶段进行判断。
Chinese international education is an emerging concept widely seen in higher education in recent years. It differs from teaching Chinese as a foreign language. Since March 23, 2007, the 23rd Session of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council examined and adopted the “Program of Setting Master’s Degree in International Education in Chinese Language”, international education in Chinese has achieved initial results. Nowadays, with the promotion of the situation both at home and abroad, Chinese international education has entered a new stage of development - from simple Chinese teaching to comprehensive Chinese cultural exchange. This paper tries to sort out the connotation and stage results of international education in Chinese and judge it from its theoretical and external characteristics into a new stage of its development.
