随着近年来土建工程建设的迅速发展,相关部门对于土建施工管理的要求逐渐提高。相对于其他工程项目施工而言,土建施工的管理工作一直以来都比较繁杂,涉及的方面很多,需要相关人员结合工程项目实际情况,来拟定一个比较科学的管理方案,以此来提高施工管理素质,稳定土建工程项目施工的质量。因此,本文主要就土建项目施工管理中遇到的问题进行分析,并提出一些建议,以供参考。
With the rapid development of civil engineering construction in recent years, the requirements of relevant departments for civil construction management gradually increase.
