There are nearly 100 sets of large, medium and small-sized phosphorus compound fertilizer plants that have been built or under construction in China. However, compared with other industries in the world, China’s phosphorus and compound fertilizer industry has the following gaps apart from the late start. Production capacity and output The production capacity and output of wet-process phosphoric acid and compound fertilizer in China are less than 10% of the world’s production capacity and output. The development plan of the industry was formulated and revised several times. The situation was not satisfactory and the contradiction between the total supply of phosphorus was insufficient.
