目的了解深圳市宝安区其他感染性腹泻的流行病学特征,探讨影响发病的主要因素,探索监测系统可能存在的问题。方法对深圳市宝安区2005—2009年疾病监测信息报告系统中上报的其他感染性腹泻病例进行描述性流行病学分析。结果 2005—2009年宝安区共报告其他感染性腹泻病例31 829例,死亡6例,各年发病率分别为22.4/10万~176.0/10万,发病率呈整体上升趋势。5岁以下病例占病例总数的86.8%(27 634/31 829),其中<1岁组报告病例数占病例总数的53.2%(16 944/31 829)。男性20 740例,女性11 089例,男女性别比为1.87∶1。病例以散居儿童为主,占病例总数的87.3%。西乡、公明和观澜3个街道的发病数为16 245例,占全区病例总数的51.0%。8—9月份开始发病数逐月增加,除2008年为12月达到高峰外,其他4年均为11月达高峰。67.6%(21 526/31 829)的病例为实验室诊断病例,其中85.5%为轮状病毒感染(18 405/21 526)。结论深圳市宝安区其他感染性腹泻流行主要集中在0~5岁散居儿童,秋冬季是其他感染性腹泻的好发季节,轮状病毒是影响其他感染性腹泻病例分布的重要因素。
Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of other infectious diarrhea in Bao’an District of Shenzhen City, explore the main factors that affect the pathogenesis and explore possible problems of surveillance system. Methods Descriptive epidemiological analysis of other infectious diarrhea cases reported in the Disease Surveillance Information Reporting System of 2005-2009 in Bao’an District of Shenzhen City was conducted. Results A total of 31 829 cases of other infectious diarrhea cases were reported in Baoan District during 2005-2009, with 6 deaths. The incidence rates in each year ranged from 22.4 / 100 000 to 176.0 / 100 000, respectively. The overall incidence was on the rise. Cases under the age of 5 accounted for 86.8% (27 634/31 829) of the total number of cases, of which 53.2% (16 944/31 829) were reported in the group <1 year old. There were 20 740 males and 11 089 females with a male / female ratio of 1.87: 1. The majority of cases were scattered children, accounting for 87.3% of the total number of cases. In Xixiang, Komeito and Guanlan, the incidence of the three streets was 16,255, accounting for 51.0% of the total number of cases in the district. From August to September, the number of cases started to increase month by month. Except for the peak in December 2008, the other four years reached a peak in November. 67.6% (21 526/31 829) were laboratory diagnosed cases, of which 85.5% were rotavirus (18 405/21 526). Conclusion The prevalence of other infectious diarrhea in Bao’an District of Shenzhen Municipality is mainly concentrated in children aged 0-5 years. Autumn and winter are the major infectious seasons of other infectious diarrhea. Rotavirus is an important factor influencing the distribution of other infectious diarrhea cases.
