目的了解舟山海岛地区儿童吸入性及食物性过敏原特异性IgE检测情况,以指导临床防治。方法采用欧蒙免疫印迹法检测舟山海岛地区553名过敏性疾病患儿吸入性和食物性过敏原特异性IgE抗体,分析各年龄段患儿过敏原状况。结果舟山海岛地区过敏性疾病患儿血清总IgE水平为(486.28±575.8)IU/ml,阳性率为66.0%(365/553),婴幼儿总IgE水平明显低于学龄前儿童(P<0.05)。吸入性过敏原中以屋尘螨/粉尘螨为主(83.9%,464/553),食物性过敏原中以鸡蛋白(7.1%,38/553)为主。结论过敏原是引起海岛地区儿童过敏性疾病的主要原因,联合检测总IgE及过敏原特异性IgE抗体有利于了解患儿的过敏状态,为制定过敏性疾病环境干预措施及免疫治疗方案提供可靠依据。
Objective To understand the inhalation of children and foodborne allergen-specific IgE detection in Zhoushan island area to guide clinical prevention and treatment. Methods Western blotting was used to detect the inhaled and food-borne allergen-specific IgE antibodies in 553 children with allergic diseases in Zhoushan Island. The allergen status in children of all ages was analyzed. Results The serum total IgE level of children with allergic diseases in Zhoushan Island was (486.28 ± 575.8) IU / ml, the positive rate was 66.0% (365/553). The total IgE level in infants and young children was significantly lower than that in preschool children (P0.05) . Inhalable allergens were mainly house dust mites / dust mites (83.9%, 464/553), and food allergens were mainly egg white (7.1%, 38/553). Conclusion Allergen is the main cause of allergic diseases in children in island area. Combined detection of total IgE and allergen-specific IgE antibodies is helpful to understand the allergic status in children and provide a reliable basis for establishing environmental interventions and immunotherapy programs for allergic diseases .
