以均四甲苯为原料,三聚甲醛为交联剂,在质子酸催化作用下合成以亚甲基桥连接的齐聚芳烃化合物,在本工艺条件下主要形成二、三、四聚体。炭化结果表明,均四甲苯齐聚物可在较低温度下(360℃)转化成完全各向异性的中间相沥青。该沥青具有可溶性(PS48.5w%)和可纺性良好、软化点低(260℃)、结构上呈渺位缩合构型等特点,可能是制备高性能炭纤维的优良前驱体。
In this paper, trimethylolpropane was used as the raw material and paraformaldehyde was used as a cross-linking agent to synthesize oligomeric aromatic compounds connected by methylene bridges under the catalysis of proton acids. Under this condition, di-, tri- and tetramer were formed. Carbonization results show that the mesitylene oligomers can be converted to fully anisotropic mesophase pitch at lower temperatures (360 ° C). The asphalt has the characteristics of good solubility (PS48.5w%), good spinnability, low softening point (260 ℃) and structurally contracted structure. It may be an excellent precursor for the preparation of high-performance carbon fibers.
