[目的]通过对耐药蛋白P-糖蛋白(P-gp)、抗凋亡因子(bcl-2)、肺耐药相关蛋白(LRP)、谷胱甘肽硫转移酶-π(GST-π)的检测,探讨白血病患者早期复发的蛋白表达情况。[方法]采用免疫组织化学S-P法检测所有急性白血病患者相关耐药蛋白表达,采用SPSS10.0统计软件进行统计结果分析。[结果]通过6个月的随访研究发现,P-gp阳性表达者早期复发率为33.33%、阴性表达者早期复发率为22.72%,两者之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。bcl-2阳性表达者早期复发率为28.00%,阴性表达者早期复发率为26.67%,两者之间也并无显著性差异(P>0.05)。但LRP阳性表达者早期复发率为45.00%,阴性表达者早期复发率为10.00%,两者之间早期复发率存在差异(P<0.05);GST-π阳性表达者早期复发率为47.06%,阴性表达者早期复发率为13.04%,两者之间也存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。[结论]LRP与GST-π阳性表达的患者早期复发率可能会明显增高,值得临床上警惕。
[Objective] The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of anti-apoptotic drugs (P-gp), anti-apoptotic factor (bcl-2), lung resistance-related protein (LRP), glutathione S-transferase-π ) Detection of leukemia patients with early recurrence of protein expression. [Method] Immunohistochemical S-P method was used to detect the expression of related drug resistance protein in all patients with acute leukemia. SPSS10.0 statistical software was used to analyze the statistical results. [Results] According to the 6-month follow-up study, the early recurrence rate of P-gp positive expression was 33.33% and the early recurrence rate of negative expression was 22.72%, there was no significant difference between the two (P> 0.05). The early recurrence rate of bcl-2 positive expression was 28.00%, while the negative expression of early recurrence rate was 26.67%, there was no significant difference between the two (P> 0.05). However, the early recurrence rate was 45.00% in LRP positive group and 10.00% in negative expression group (P <0.05). The early recurrence rate of LRP positive expression was 47.06% The early recurrence rate of negative expression was 13.04%, there was also a significant difference between the two (P <0.05). [Conclusion] The early recurrence rate of patients with positive expression of LRP and GST-π may be significantly increased, which is worth clinical precaution.
