1病例资料患者,女,74岁,以“腹胀、腹疼半年”为主诉入院。半年前无明显诱因出现腹疼、腹胀,无大便性状改变,无消化道出血病史,于当地医院行彩超提示:大量腹水,门脉高压,门静脉、肠系膜上静脉血栓形成。给予改善循环,间断放腹水治疗,症状时轻时重。入我院后行CT检查(图1A),显示明显肝动脉门静脉瘘,门静脉及其分支动脉期显影明显,大量腹水,食管胃底静脉曲张不明显。化验血结果提示:传
